I've always enjoyed wearing Hawaiian shirts and here in Arizona I can wear them year round. The brighter the colors, the more I like them. Recently I went shopping for a new shirt and realized that they all looked the same, with the same boring patterns. I wanted something bright, new, and exciting and all I could find were dull, old, and mundane shirts. I thought to myself, since it's hot here in Arizona, why don't we have cool, casual shirts too? Why are we wearing flowers and scenes from a faraway, tropical island when we have incredible flowers and sights right here in the southwest? Some cactus flowers are almost fluorescent, we have exotic animals, and scenery like nowhere else in the world. I decided to make my own shirts that reflect my passion for the shirts and the beauty of Arizona. I contacted an old school friend of mine, Gary Andersn, who is a very talented artist. Gary is also a connoisseur of fine shirts and jumped at the chance to try something new.
